Baby Zoowon (Amharic for Elephant) is an amazing company dedicated to helping orphans and children in need. As a mother to three children, owner Sherry Lopez became aware of the desperate need. Currently in the process of adopting from Ethiopia, Sherry realized that with Baby Zoowon, people could make a difference in the life of a child – one purchase at a time. Research and experience have shown that a favorite blanket can be a soothing and comforting transitional object as children face changes early in life and can actually help them develop emotionally”.
