		<description><![CDATA[Actually a lot, if not all of them, hold to the active obedience of Christ while denying the Covenant of Works. Whether one thinks that this is consistent or not is another issue. 

Also its not just a debate among (reformed) baptists, because out of NCT comes an argument against infant baptism.
